The POSH Act, taught by someone who has sat on both sides of the workplace.
Fifteen years in industry. A law degree built on top of engineering and management training. Today, an Advocate who trains organizations across Pune to prevent, recognise and correctly handle workplace sexual harassment — not just to tick a compliance box. Book POSH Training in Pune for corporates, NGOs, trusts and co-operative societies.
Compliance is the minimum. Understanding is the goal.
Most organizations already know the POSH Act exists. What’s usually missing is a trainer who can explain why it exists, in language that a factory supervisor, a college HOD, an HR head and a co-operative society committee member can all equally follow — without diluting the law.
That is the gap this training closes. Having worked in industry, taught in engineering institutions and now practiced law before courts and tribunals, the sessions are built from lived experience of how workplaces actually function — not from a template presentation.
Important Note
POSH awareness is a standing statutory expectation, not a one-time event. Pair training with a valid Internal Committee under Section 4 and documented inquiry procedure.
- Legal accuracy without jargon — every session is grounded in the statute and current judicial interpretation, explained in plain language.
- Industry-tested, not classroom-only — 15+ years inside organizations means the examples used are real workplace situations, not textbook hypotheticals.
- Built for the room, not a template — a factory workforce, a hospital, a college and a co-operative housing society each get a session shaped for them.
- Ongoing legal backing — as a practicing Advocate, guidance doesn’t stop at the training slide; policy drafting and IC support are part of the same relationship.
Every session rests on four pillars
Awareness
Helping participants understand the real purpose and scope of the POSH Act, 2013 — not just its provisions.
Prevention
Building respectful workplace behaviour before conflicts arise, through open, judgment-free discussion.
Protection
Making sure every employee understands their legal rights and every employer understands their obligations.
Compliance
Translating statutory requirements — IC constitution, timelines, reporting — into a working organizational process.
Choose the session your organization needs
Every programme below can be delivered as a standalone session or combined into an annual compliance calendar, in online, offline or hybrid format.

Refresher & Q&A Sessions
Annual refreshers and open question sessions to keep awareness current as teams change.
Built for employers — and for organizations often left out of POSH conversations
Corporate India has largely absorbed POSH compliance. Trusts, NGOs and co-operative societies frequently haven’t — despite being equally covered under the Act.
POSH compliance is not optional — and Maharashtra is tightening enforcement
The Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013 applies to every workplace with 10 or more employees, including private companies, NGOs, trusts and co-operative societies. The Government of Maharashtra has directed establishments to register their Internal Committees on the Ministry of Women and Child Development’s SHe-Box portal, making documented, well-run training and IC constitution more important than ever.
Important Note
An inquiry must ordinarily be completed within ninety days from the date the complaint was received. Training alone does not replace a validly constituted Internal Committee or a documented inquiry process.

Before you get in touch
Is POSH training mandatory for companies in India?
Yes. Every workplace with 10 or more employees must constitute an Internal Committee under the POSH Act, 2013, and conduct regular awareness programmes. Non-compliance can attract a penalty of up to ₹50,000 under Section 26 of the Act, along with cancellation or non-renewal of business licences on repeat default.
Do you conduct POSH training online?
Yes. Sessions are conducted online, offline at your workplace, or in a hybrid format, depending on what suits your organization.
In which languages is the training conducted?
Training is delivered in English, Marathi and Hindi, depending on the composition of your workforce.
Can the training be customised for our organization?
Yes. Every session is tailored to the organization’s size, sector, hierarchy and prior POSH maturity, rather than delivered as a generic slide deck.
Do you also train Internal Committee (IC) members, not just employees?
Yes. Separate IC orientation sessions cover jurisdiction, timelines, principles of natural justice, confidentiality obligations and inquiry procedure, in addition to general employee sensitisation sessions.
Is this training suitable for NGOs, trusts and co-operative housing societies?
Yes. Public charitable trusts, NGOs and co-operative societies are covered entities under the POSH Act and are frequently under-prepared on compliance. Sessions are adapted to their governance structure and staffing patterns.
